How does it feel physically / mentally / emotionally when someone is experiencing this problem?*
Use sensual language to describe how it feels - sight, sound, smell, touch, whatever is applicable.
How easy is it to solve this problem?*
Are you competing with a lot of solutions? Few? What kind of expertise or skill set is needed?
What lengths would someone go to in order to solve this problem?*
How bad does it hurt? How desirable is the solution?
